What happens next?

Your Application

The online application form should take no more than a few minutes to complete; and remember, who you are is at least as important as what you’ve done.

Some guidance notes:

  • Familiarise yourself with the company and ensure that you know what we do, what we look for and our values.
  • Submit your CV (or your LinkedIn profile) with a covering letter in English.
  • If you’ve been referred by an employee of Kindred, please make sure that you have completed that section.

Your Interview

Every application is reviewed and we feedback to those not selected within 14 days. If you’ve been shortlisted, you’ll be contacted by the recruitment team and a time and date for your interview will be scheduled.

Some guidance notes:

  • We do not have a formal dress code; we are not a formal company. You choose how you make your first impression.
  • We will ask you to complete a psychometric, numerical and verbal reasoning tests online during the process.
  • We might ask you to do a skills related test or presentation as part of the selection process, please speak to your recruiter to get more information about this if you’re not sure.

If you’re successful

You’ll receive your offer letter via email, you can also accept your job offer on your phone – did we mention that we’re a mobile first business?

Some guidance notes:

  • Liaise with your recruiter and manager to arrange a suitable start date.
  • You’ll receive a local induction on day one and in your first few weeks a half day group induction.
  • They’ll be regular follow ups with your manager and HR to ensure you’re supported and helped to be successful.
